All textile products (gray fabric) manufactured and supplied will adhere to industry-standard quality parameters, ensuring defect-free materials for export and import.
- Order Confirmation

Orders for textile manufacturing or export/import services must be confirmed in writing, specifying fabric type, quantity, and delivery schedules.
- Payment Terms

Payments for orders will be based on agreed-upon terms, which may include advance payment or payment upon delivery. Delays in payment may result in penalties or interest charges.
- Delivery and Shipping

Shipping timelines will be discussed and agreed upon for each order. Inspiria Import Export is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or customs clearance.
- Export and Import Compliance

All export and import activities will comply with local and international trade regulations, including customs duties, taxes, and documentation required for smooth cross-border transactions.
- Product Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the fabric upon delivery and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 days. After this period, no claims for damages will be accepted.
- Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within a specified timeframe before production or shipment begins. Any cancellation after this point may incur charges for materials and labor already expended.
- Confidentiality Agreement
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding trade details, product designs, and proprietary information shared during the course of business.
- Liability Limitations

Inspiria Import Export is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of their products or delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or global pandemics.
- Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the transaction or product quality will be resolved through mutual discussion or by legal arbitration, as per the laws of India.
